Why is my dog afraid of other dogs sneezing? How can I help?

My dog, a jack Russell are very afraid when my other dog sneeze, why is that and what can I do to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 9 years and 10 months old
