Good morning the scab that my dog have is getting smaller, that means it’s healing. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years old | 14 lbs

For the most part it’s true that a scab that is getting smaller means that a skin lesion or wound is healing. If there is an increase in red skin or discharge underneath or around the scab this may not be the case. Posting a picture might help us tell if the skin seems to be healing.
