My dog has swollen testicles, paw rash, and vomiting after new food?

My 1 yr old american bulldog has swollen red testicles, light pink gums and a rash on his inner front paws in between his Toe pad We just noticed the gums and toes. He has vomited 2 times in the past 24 hrs. My husband did the mistake of rapidly changing his food from puppy food to adult food. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog (duplicate) | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 20 days old | 87 lbs

The gums are normal color (nothing to be worried about). The other signs could be compatible with a food allergy, especially if he is itchy. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Regarding the vomiting episode, I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
