My 9-month-old corgi's testicle hasn't dropped yet. Is it normal?

My 9 month old corgi has a testicle that has not dropped. Is this something I should be concerned about?

It can take up to one year or even more (in certain cases 16 months) before the testicle are completely dropped. I would recommend to wait a bit longer before consider him cryptorchid.
