Natural immune support for puppy on antibiotics: What helps?

Question

My puppy is on antibiotics and cortisone (for parasite treatment)- is there anything natural I could add to her meals/ supplement that would help her recovery, or boost her immune in general. I have been told coconut oil, honey and turmeric are all good- is that true? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 months and 7 days old | 44 lbs

You could try one at a time like coconut oil or I prefer fish oil for the immune system plus it works great for the haircoat and joints.
