Why is my rabbit's poop big, light brown, egg-shaped, and in pain?

Hi, I have a mix loop rabbit who is name googi, he is 1 year and 11 months old. He eats alfa alfa hay and sometimes pellets from friday specially in the mornings his droppings are egg shaped and very big than normal and the color of them is very light brown.I'm very worried about it and I feel he has pain in stomach he can not lie down please help me.

Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver).
