My 9-month-old hyperactive dog won't listen to training. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Rat Terrier | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 8 days old | 35 lbs

My male Ratterrior Lab that is 9 months old is hyperactive all the time. Will not listen. He jumps, runs, rolls, ect anytime you get close to him. He never rubs out of energy! I've tried training him with treats but he doesn't listen.. WHAT DO I DO

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Usually these behaviors can be corrected but this usually requires in person training by a qualified dog trainer. I recommend you consider hiring a qualified dog trainer to work with you in person. Good luck and have a good night!
