Why is my dog jumping, barking, crying, and chasing his butt?

My shcit tuz is sick..he jumps up barking and screaming and crying , barking. As if he us chasing his butt. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs

Hi, I am sorry to hear that Tyson is in pain. Has he eaten anything that he shouldn’t have ? I am thinking if he had any bones for example. These can sometimes breakdown in sharp fragments and even when they pass through the intestines, they can cause a lot of pain especially when in the rectum. The other thing the jumps in my mind is wether he could have troubles with his anal glands, these are located in the muscles around the anus and normally express themselves when dogs go to the toilet, releasing a scent . These little buggers can sometimes get impacted or infected and turn into little abscesses as well. Either way I think it is bets to take Tyson to see a vet and once he has some pain relief on board, he can be examined and helped accordingly.
