My 8-year-old dog's deformed leg limps in cold weather. Is it serious?

I have uploaded some pictures of my dogs leg. He is 8 years old. He was attached by another dog when he was a puppy. I didn't have it fixed cause when it happened he never limped on it or showed that anything was wrong. Only after it started to heal did I see what happened. He has not had any issues till now and he limps when it's cold and I'm afraid that it's gonna snap soon. The photos are in the profile. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 11 months old | 16 lbs
