My dog has diarrhea, vomiting, pain. Can I give human medicine?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 years and 10 months old | 30 lbs

My dog is having loose motion and vomiting..he is having stomach pain also, he is not willing to go to a vet as he has a surgery before and it's memories mke him adamant not to go to hospital and allow a vet to check him.. So am giving normal medicine that humans use for stomach pain, gas, digestion, loose motion, vomiting.. So plz let me know if another medicine is available for dogs.. My dog turns 4 yrs this jan

Unfortunately, I can't recommend any specific treatment because there are many different possible causes. He could have intestinal parasites, an intestinal obstruction, gastroenteritis, or an endocrine or metabolic disease (issue with internal organs that is making him feel overall crappy, rather than something specifically wrong with the intestinal tract). Additionally, many medications for humans aren't safe for our pups. He really does need to go to the vet for further testing and treatment. You can also talk to the vet about giving him anti-anxiety medications for future visits to help with his anxiety. I hope he's feeling better soon.
