My dog is a 2 yr old boxer mix that is suspected of having ovarian remnant syndrome. My question is that it seems like she’s going into another heat cycle (flirty behavior with my male dog, swollen vulva, slight blood in urine) but it’s only been 3 months since her last one, is that possible? Or should I be concerned that there is something else going on? Everything else seems to be normal, she’s eating/drinking, doesn’t spend time paying attention/licking her privates, and is peeing regularly.

Yes, it's certainly possible that she may be having another heat cycle if she has an ovarian remnant. Dogs tend to cycle every six months or so on average, but there's a lot of individual variation.
