What to do if my cat's leg is red, not walking, and not eating?

My cat is have red around its leg It is not walking well and taking less milk Only Please find me a solution

This looks like some sort of skin injury. I recommend bathing the area in cool water with a mild anti bacterial shampoo. Rinse it well. Don’t put anything on the skin since cats will groom and lick off the medication making the skin worse and making the cat sick if it eats too much medication. I would offer fresh warm wet food often and fresh water so he won’t get dehydrated. If he is very painful or feels feverish then please take him in for a veterinary exam and treatment.
