Dog has a red bump, swollen face, and isn't eating. What's wrong?

Can you tell me what this bump is from Yesterday his cheek was swollen pretty good has since gone down some face appeared to be little swollen also but not sure upon looking him over today I found this red bump he did have bone and bully stick yesterday he does eat some but not as much as usual he does play what should I do. If it is a sting is there anything I need to do and if it is an allergy can I give him some of this will post pic

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could be a benign or malignant growth. This could even be an infection. I do not recommend you give him those pills as they are unlikely to help. There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point. I recommend you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
