What to feed my 1-year-old Pomeranian with gastritis not eating?

My Pomeranian (female) has attached with gastritis with continuous eating of non veg . From past 1 week I completely avoid non veg for her now she is not taking her food regularly but she is still active same like before. My question is what to feed my pom n she is 1 yes old.

You should not feed your dog human food. Dogs are carnivores, so feeding them veg food is not healthy for them. I would fast Jessy for 24 hours and then put her on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to a complete commercial dog food for small dogs slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the gastritis or if the vomiting increases, or if your dog gets lethargic, she needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.
