My dog has a raw, worsening bump under his eye. What should I do?

My dog has big raw looking bump under eye and need to know how I can fix him. The first pic is from 2 days ago and it is alot worse. I been washing it and put dog hydrocortisone on it. Not bleeding but has blood on it cloth when clean it. Pet's info: Dog | Chinese Crested Powder Puff | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point.
