Why is my 7-week-old kitten suddenly lethargic and sleeping all day?

Hello I have a female white kitten she may be 7 weeks she is sleeping all the day expect when she wants to poo or eat she has become lazy and week as well when she came she used to eat alot and was very active all the day but now she only find any peaceful corner in the house and sleeps there I need help i am 150kms away from any vet. I would wonder if Princes might have an infection that is causing a fever. She also may have ingested something toxic or have a congenital problem that is just now affecting her. Unfortunately I think the only way you'll be able to determine what might be going on is to have a veterinarian examine Princes and recommend diagnostic tests and treatments. If she has a fever and signs of an infection they can prescribe medication to help.
