The best time to take the puppies and their mother to the vet would be at 6 weeks when they will get a puppy exam checking for birth defects, overall health, get dewormed, and receive their first vaccination against parvo virus.

Is the puppies are nursing well and gaining weight steadily as well as Lady is doing fine the puppy should ideally get checked out between two and four weeks of age. This is to ensure they are started on the proper deworming protocol as well to do initial screens for any congenital issues like a heart murmur or other issues. However if they are not nursing well are there's any abnormalities with mom they need to be checked out sooner.

Hi there. If mom and pups are doing fine, there's no need to take them to the vet right now - this can be stressful for both the mother dog and puppies, and can also unnecessarily expose the pups to illnesses. The pups will need to be dewormed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks, but you can do this yourself or pick up dewormer from your vet's office. As long as everyone is healthy, you can plan to take them in for their first puppy exams at 6-8 weeks of age.
