Should I worry if my cat's nose is dark and dry but she's healthy?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 months and 25 days old

Lily's nose is looking dark and is dry on touch, should i be concerned? Although she is eating and using litter normally.

I would not worry about that at the moment, as sometimes a nose can change color and become dry intermittently even nothing is wrong. However, monitor this condition and watch for sneezing, discharge from the nostrils or eyes. If this occurs, she needs to be examined by a vet as she may have a respiratory condition.
