My cat's legs are weak, she trembles and twitches. What's wrong?

Hello.Few months ago my cat has a weak hind legs it started with the right side & now the left side.She has been eating like normal.Though few weeeks ago she had diarrhea until the point she would defecate in her sleep but now she only has soft stool.Whenever i carry her,her hand & legs would tremble.When she sleeps,she would twitch,hisses & scratch the sofa as if she's in REM this happens quite frequentlynow.Can you tell me what kind of disease she has?Note that she has lice and im treating it.

I would be most concerned either a neurologic issue, such as a slipped disc pushing on her spine, or a blood clot lodged in the blood supply for her rear end (called Feline Saddle Thrombosis). I would recommend taking her to a vet ASAP to further evaluation.
