My parrot fell from cage, now not playing. Is he injured or sick?

I have alexandarine parrot. while playing he fallen down from cage and scream aloud and then after eating he did not play as a regular activity. So whether he is injured or not . Help me regarding this. Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Male

If he continues to act abnormally, I would be concerned about an injury and recommend he visit his vet. A loud scream definitely doesn't mean he hurt himself, but sustained lack of interest in play would make me very concerned. I hope he continues to return to normal.
