My Aussie bulldog has red, sore face folds. Why isn't iodine helping?

My aussie bulldog has red,sore irritation on her face skin folds.She keeps scratching which makes it worse.She has been treated with daily cleansing with iodine.It hasn't helped. Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Female | spayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 66 lbs

She will probably need either antibiotics or anti fungal oral medications at this point, you will also need to continue with the daily cleansing simultaneously, i would recommend taking her to your vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
