Our cat has lost a lot of weight in the last month and has been having accidents where she doesn't make it to the litter box in time. Her coat has gotten pretty shaggy too. She is 11 years old. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

I suggest you schedule a vet visit and blood work for Elskan. Since she is an older kitty she may be suffering from a kidney problem, hyperthyroidism or diabetes. All of these can be ruled out with a blood test. A shaggy coat and accidents also are signs that Elskan is not feeling well.
