Why is my 1-year-old dog not eating, having runny poop, and lethargic?

Hi my dog is 1 years old. And not eating her poops are also runny. I have checked your gums. And slso cooled her down with the hose. We have tried giving her different types of dog food but she wont eat them also is very unplayful just wants to lay down and be patted what may wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 41 lbs

It sounds as Marsha is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.
