Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. The stool sounds normal after a deworming, I would monitor it for now. If it contains blood or becomes more watery then I would have Cookie assessed, but otherwise I would see if it firms up in a couple days. In regards to the eye. If the eye doesn't look significantly better now than it did 3 days ago then I would have it rechecked with your vet. Eyes either get better quickly, or get much worse quickly. The discharge that you have shown could be normal, or could be a sign of a perforation. I recommend a recheck as soon as possible. Best of luck with Cookie!
