Why does my dog limp after resting and excessively lick furniture?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 12 days old | 37 lbs

I don't know what is wrong with Luna When she wakes up after a nap or just from laying down in general she does kind of limp thing with one of her hind legs after she is up and moving a minute or 2 later she is fine she plays and runs around fine outside with her brothers I noticed this less than a week ago. she also has been licking alot she has always licked since she was a puppy so we didnt think anything of it but lately she been licking furniture.etc i looked between her toes and nothing

I would talk to your veterinarian about a possible knee cap luxation. This can happen in dogs and they will limp for a few minutes/seconds and then be fine. Nothing is typically done with them unless they are causing an issue. It is something that I would have an examination done on her although it isn't an emergency and you can wait until your regular veterinarian opens tomorrow morning.
