What supplements does my young German Shepherd puppy need?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 2 days old | 4 lbs

i have a 33 days old male German shepherd puppy.he have been dewormed.i am feeding him completely on cerelac 4 times a day along with one supplement which is digyton. are there anymore supplements i need to give him at this age? pls tell me what supplements to give and when. i have already purchased vitamins drops and vitamins and minerals tonic but not giving him now. i have attached pics. what supplements to give to my 33 days old pup and when?

I would actually recommend weaning Tobi onto a puppy wet food. he is old enough to do a transition to puppy food. If you do this then you do not need to add in supplements. We typically do not recommend cows milk or cerelac for dogs. If you wanted to still give a type of milk then you can do a puppy milk replacer but again he is old enough to wean off of this.
