Can I use lime sulfur dip & antifungal meds on 6-week-old kittens?

Can I use lime sulfer dip in conjunction with an antifungal shampoo and cream for my 6 week old kittens infested with ringworm? I'd like to alternate between the treatments because there's so much conflict of which works best. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1lb

Generally speaking yes you can do it but that would depend on the severity of the ringworm infection (a picture of the lesions would help to better assess its severity). In some cases only the ointment is effective and enough to sort out the infection.
