My dog is twitching and unstable after CBD oil. Is it toxic?

Hi my dog has spondilosis, he’s been getting loxicalm anti inflammatory and 3 weeks ago was castrated due to enlarged prostrate, tonight I started him in cbd oil, after 2 hrs of receiving it he’s behaving strangely , unstable on feet , not wanting to stand up, twitching every now and then, could there be some kind of reaction happening? What can I do to lessen effects? He’s sleeping at present. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 11 months old | 70 lbs
