My cat has fleas, biting, losing fur and weight. What to do?

Hey so my cat has fleas really bad and he bit himself and it got infected but I fixed it and he was better and now he bit himself again and he won’t stop and he removed his cone and he has been losing weight and his furs gone. Pet's info: Cat | American Longhair | Male | unneutered

Hello. I am so sorry for your poor Cheeto, his skin looks horrible. I think he would really benefit from antibiotics & treatment for a pretty significant flea bite dermatitis.
