When do Gypsy horse stallions stop growing? My 4-year-old is small.

How old before a gypsy horse stops growing? I bought a stallion he’s 4 in a few months he’s only 10 hands how much taller will he grow? I saw a gypsy horse at a horse fair she was the size of a Shetland pony she was bred down I’m trying to do the same thing so I hope he doesn’t grow much mor

He is very small for a gypsy stallion. (12.2 to 14hh is the size the travellers prefer), and 10hh is extremely small. He may grow a little bit still, but not a lot . Horses mature until about the age of 6 years, heavier horses mature later than thoroughbred type horses.
