My puppy is panting, whining, not eating. Is she sick or in pain?

Hi, my 10 month old puppy isn't acting liKe herself. She's panting a lot, whining, she's not interested in getting up for treats, barely ate her breakfast, her head and ears hang low and she doesn't play ball for as long of a period of time ad she used to. Its like her spirit died

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Lucy. She will need to be seen by a veterinarian, tonight if possible. The panting and whining can indicate pain. She could also be experiencing a gastrointestinal infection affecting her appetite, joint or muscular pain or even a wound somewhere. In the meantime, try to encourage her to drink to that she does not become dehydrated. Good luck!
