My puppy's paws have dry yellowish skin. Is it an infection?

Hello my husky puppy had 9 puppies are 15 days old I couldn’t help but notice that three puppies have dry yellowish skin on part of one of their paws can u please help me figure out what it is? Or if it’s anytning major?

Thank you for posting the pictures as they are very helpful. I am concerned that these skin lesions look like an infection. It could be bacterial or fungal such as ringworm. I would highly encourage you to have them evaluated by your veterinarian soon. In the meantime please practice good hygiene after handling them as ringworm is contagious to people as well.
