Hello. If the cut is deep enough to require sutures, then you should definitely call your vet out for this. Otherwise, all you can do is treat like any open wound. Keep it clean using dilute betadine ( available at all pharmacies ), pack it with antibiotics to keep dirt, hair & other debris out, & wrap the neck if possible.
