My cat has chronic URI, blood in urine. Is it time to let her go?

Pet's info: Cat | Exotic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9 years and 2 months old | 14 lbs

she has had horrible upper respiratory 4months now repeated antibiotics and steroids , theophylline offand now some yellow pill nothing is helping at all. Still sounds horrible and this morning she is urinating slight blood .on antibiotic. She is eating food and drinking but just not herself . We have a pet tent and tunnel she’s hiding a lot now. Please advise next step is it time me to let her go ? vet diag was crackly lungs and sounds and upper respiratory infection 9times 4 month . no improv

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Peapumkin. First, has she had x-rays of her chest and blood work performed? Next, she will need a urine sample tested to investigate the blood in her urine. You may wish to consider seeing an internal medicine specialist or every seeking a second opinion with another general practitioner. I would look into these other options before considering euthanasia. I hope this information!
