My cat is throwing up, has diarrhea, twitching, and is anxious. Why?

Hello my cat is 6 years old and he has been acting very strange he is eating and drinking water but he is always having diarrhea and throwing up with wet food ( won’t eat just dry food ) my cat is no longer being very cuddly and is twitching every now and then he’s also getting scared of things and is very anxious about everything, please help I really don’t know what’s going on. this has been happening for the past week .

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Tigger. He needs to see his veterinarian. A week is a long time for him to be experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. He could have an intestinal infection, inflammation, a dietary problem or an internal disease such as pancreatitis or a thyroid disorder. In the meantime, continue to encourage him to drink water so that he does not become dehydrated. Offer very small amounts of food as little meals are less likey to upset the stomach.
