I am assuming that your Boston Terrier has a corkscrew tail. This is a spinal abnormality that can go hand in hand with nerve malfunction of the nerves that control the anal sphincter. There is a possibility that when Valki is completely relaxed or walking she cannot hold in the poop all the time. Anal sac problems can also cause this, and a few other conditions. I suggest a visit to your vet to determine the cause of the fecal incontinence and possibly help the situation with some medication to strengthen the sphincter.
