My cat won't stop meowing and is very clingy. Should I call vet?

So my cat clearly doesnt have a hump but keeps meowing and taking me to my cupboard. The last time she did this she was in labor but she doesnt look pregnant. She just keeps meowing and wont let me leave her side. What is she trying to tell me? Should i take her to the vet? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female
