You need to take Emma into the vet today or tomorrow. The blood in her urine could be caused by a UTI, bladder stones, or something toxic. The blood in her feces could be caused by intestinal worms, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, GI ulcers, or a GI tumor to name a few causes. She needs to see a vet to diagnose what is causing this bleeding so she can be treated. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Blood in the urine and feces can be due to many factors and it is important to keep in mind that there may be more than one issue going on at the same time. It could be for example a urinary tract infection and also intestinal parasites for instance. I think it is more concerning because it could also be due to a systemic bleeding disorder causing bleeding in two locations. How this is treated depends on what is causing it. I highly recommend that you have Alfie evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a great day!
