My pet has white worm-like things in vomit and poop. What are they?

Can anyone pls tell me what are the white worm things i found them in his vomit and i see it also in his poop ? Pet's info: Cat | Aegean | Male | neutered | 4 months and 23 days old

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is not possible to know this just based on a picture. My best guess is that these could be foreign objects (not worms) or worms. I recommend that you have Mishu evaluated by a veterinarian to work the vomiting as this may be due to worms for instance, or something else like a gastrointestinal foreign body, among other possibilities.
