My cat's eye is watery and squinting. Is it an infection or lazy eye?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 4 months old | 8 lbs

Hello.. This isbky new cat cookie and I have him gone to the vet for an eye checkup and they told me it's a lazy eye!!! I'm not convinced as it's so watery if you take a look at the picture I have arrached.. please let me know what you think and what I should do

Cookie is a handsome boy! I see that he is squinting his eye, and if it's watery, I would suspect he may have an eye infection. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain, so I would take him into another vet for a second opinion. Best of luck.

    It looks as Shakespeare is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in dogs. you will need to take him to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.
