Antar probably has an injury or a cat bite abscess or a hematoma or a tumor or cyst on his shoulder. When you carefully feel it you may feel fluid in it. You should take him to a veterinarian for an exam. Your vet will likely check the lump by using a very fine needle and get some material from it which will determine the type of lump and then discuss possible treatment options (lancing or not, removal of a solid lump, etc.). Please schedule an appointment with your vet soon.
