Why does my dog have an infection and anemia after giving birth?

Thanks so much to DR ANN DION, DVM Cinnamon has been to a vet and she has an infection again as the vet explained its because pups were not fully suckled she's also a bit anemic put her on strong antibiotics and inflammatories and gave her a vitamin shot here are pictures of the knobs on her belly sorry i am not allowed to bath her until the spaying incision is healed. I just want to thank every DR here who was involved with me and Cinnamon we are so grateful keep up the amazing jobs. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 1 year and 8 months old | 27 lbs
