My dog has a sprained leg. Is ice or a warm compress better?

I’ve read online to put and ice pack or something warm on a dogs sprained leg which one should I use?

None of the above, you just need to let her rest for a few days with minimal movements. for a sprain a warm compress is usually more effective but if the symptom is due to an inflammation of the muscles then it could make it worse, as you have no way to know i would not recommend using any of these options.
