Is this a tick on my cat's ear, or is it a scab or growth?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old

Hi is this a infect tick on my cats ear? I didn't know if it was a scab or tick, it started 2 get bigger so treated my cat with tick stuff, it's gotten smaller since but the cat scratched it so it bled a little bit. Have included 1 pic of before the treatment went onto my cat and before he scratched it.

This actually does not look like a tick. This could be a little cyst or wart. Check it at the bottom closest to the skin. If it has tiny legs, it is a tick, and you should pull it out; if not, then it is a growth and you may want your vet to examine it.
