My puppy have swollen eye he is 7 days old what I have to do I don't know what thing hurt him and his eye is gonna swollen in health he is so good. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | 1 year and 10 months old

You need to get the puppy to a vet for an exam. There is no way for me to tell you what is wrong with the eye just by looking at a photo. Eyes are very delicate organs and if not treated promptly when there is an injury or a disease process going on then eye may be damaged to the point where the puppy could lose permanent vision. Please get a vet to look at the puppy. That will be your best course of action. Best wishes.
