Can I switch my dog's food proteins often, like fish, chicken, duck?

Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 6 years and 4 months old | 17 lbs

David Elizabeth: Can you switch protein sources regularly or does it just have to be one? For example is it ok to switch between fish, chicken and duck?

Waiting for my colleague reply, I can say that it is best not to switch between different proteins but to maintain the same one (often allergy comes from protein source).
