Can I give my dog milk thistle for high ALT? What's the safe dosage?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 11 months old

My dog alt came little high in month may so if I going to give milk thistle Silymarin will it going to cause any disease or any problem to any organ of his body ? Also his weight is 39kg or 85.98lbs so according to his weight how much mg should I give to him ? 1 pill is of 400mg so shall I give him twice a day or once and I am also attaching the photo kindly see to it

slightly elevated ALT does not require immediate treatment, it could be an accidental finding especially if it is not significantly high. 1 pill once a day is enough and it cannot harm him in any way.
