Why is my dog's heat cycle 3 months with on-off bleeding?

Hi I have a concern because my dog has been like 3 month in heat but is weird because the bleeding stop and then start bleeding again in 2 or 3 weeks. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 2 years and 5 months old | 12 lbs

This is very very concerning. She could have a urinary tract infection which can be treated with antibiotics. Shakira could also have a uterine infection or hormonal problem. Because there is a likelyhood of uterine infection which can cause sepsis and serious complications, she needs to be seen by a pet doctor now. If this is a uterine infection she will need surgery. Please find a veterinarian and have her examined.
