If she's staying in a new place it may be a little stressful for Mitzy. I would give her a few days to try and relax and settle in so that she is more likely to want to eat and return to normal behavior. You can try to entice her to eat some with a little boiled chicken or low-sodium broth added to her food as well (and it can help settle an upset stomach due to nerves.) Most dogs will eventually want to eat, and need to go potty, so continuing your routine and offering her chances to both eat and go outside to relieve herself will help her to settle in. If she absolutely refuses after more than a day, or seems ill/in distress, a vet visit to rule out any issues is always a good idea.
