One of the cats threw up either that or it’s poop. I added a picture

From the picture, it looks like diarrhea to me. Make sure both kittens are up to date on their deworming treatments, as intestinal worms cause diarrhea. If they aren't up to date on it, give them both one. I still think having them checked out by a vet is the best idea, however, just to make sure they are ok. Best of luck.

The most likely scenario is that she has intestinal parasites/worms. Very common in kittens even if they have already had a dose of deworming. I do not think it’s from the food. I suggest you get both kittens to your veterinarian for a exam and a fecal test.
